Mental problems (practical solutions)
I'm appalled
by what I see as the monumental ignorance and stupidity of conventional Western
Society regarding the treatment of a variety of mental problems. I know from
personal experience that it's perfectly possible to directly combat the causes
of such conditions and regain mental well-being.
This is aimed at people who suffer from conditions such as schizophrenia, depression (manic and clinical) obsessional compulsive disorder, eating disorders and probably a few other mental conditions.
I should say that if sufferers are happy and content with their circumstances there really is no need to read my essay. If however your circumstances seem pretty hopeless, and Society appears to be offering virtually nothing by way of practical realistic solutions, then my essay may be of interest. It outlines very clearly methods whereby anyone who sufferers from any sort of mental problem can deal with the underlying causes with maximum efficiency. I have no doubt that many people will find the content of this essay unappealing. Many people who suffer from mental problems find their way back to mental well-being, but it can take many years and there is no guarantee that the problems will not return. I have no doubt that my plan of action represents by far the most powerful and purposeful way of dealing with mental problems.
I have a problem which is that the vast majority of Westerners will have enormous
difficulty thinking of my ideas as valid. I ask dedicated sceptics to check
out the section entitled "physical evidence", this section is near
the end of the document. I'm not talking about vague theories but about practical
concrete realities.
If you are to be able to make use of the information in this document, It is
absolutely essential that you succeed in temporarily (at least) suspending your
disbelief. My contention is that the above conditions are not caused by such
things as 'chemical imbalances in the brain' or indeed by any other such 'physical'
or down-to-earth cause. The Western idea that if you can't weigh it, dissect
it and take tissue samples from it - it isn't 'real' - has a certain amount
of validity. It helps to keep airy fairy concepts (which may have little validity
for existence) from getting too big for their boots. It can also however be
a major impediment to understanding the universe and the intricacies thereof.
My contention is that there is a great deal behind the facade of ordinary reality
which really should be given consideration. Normally you can get away with ignoring
it to a large extent without obvious serious consequences. If however you are
experiencing serious mental problems it may be necessary to be more open minded,
and look a little deeper. Many people who suffer from mental problems probably
very much prefer to believe that what they are experiencing is 'all in the mind'
The idea that there might be external causes may seem intimidating. However
once you become familiar with this concept, there is no reason whatever to be
afraid. I have no fear whatsoever of anything associated with realms of existence
other than the 'Earth plane'. People's perception of "spiritual forces"
tends to be grossly negativised by horror films. I think of this distortion
of reality as deplorable. It creates so much unnecessary fear. Down to earth
reality can be extremely dangerous and unpredictable. If you want to be scared
of anything be scared of it. However in the realm of spirit things are so much
more straightforward. Once you have learned how to manage your affairs, it's
fairly easy to find yourself in a position of complete invulnerability. However
for this to happen you have to be scrupulous about respecting others and thereby
avoid guilt. When somebody is guilty of wrongdoing they deserve to feel bad.
I like to think that I'm dealing with reality in a sensible logical and practical way. People who suffer from serious mental problems need practical advice. At the moment Society (because of its lack of understanding of the underlying causes) just thinks in terms of treating the symptoms, and sufferers just have to to try to find their way back to mental well-being without having a map. Obviously the drugs which are relied upon so heavily can have serious side-effects, and in many instances do more harm than good.
I don't see things as much as feel them with my physical body. I know they are real, there is no doubt whatsoever. I'm not a schizophrenic and never have been. I want to digress at this point and mention that - about nine years ago I had a very negative experience associated with the use of a mild psychotropic substance. For a few days after this experience I was in a position of considerable vulnerability. I have no doubt that I was very close to being a schizophrenic. Soon however things stabilised. For the next two years my life was hardly worth living, I was constantly at war with disruptive forces. I came to feel that my situation was hopeless. I felt that I would never be able to meditate satisfactorily again. I was constantly harassed and provoked. After two years I decided to declare all-out war on opposing forces. What I mean by that is that I became totally focused upon the business of giving as good as I got. I stopped being objective orientated. I decided that my war effort would continue regardless of the results. For a few months opposing forces would not back down and the only satisfaction I had was that I was dealing out punishment. Then things began to change. I realised that I was winning. I found that I was able to meditate satisfactorily and also enjoy my alcohol sessions (which had become absolutely hopeless). I regained control of my life.
My definition of a schizophrenic is "somebody who has been overwhelmed by disruptive/negative energies". My contention is that these forces can be successfully resisted and defeated. The main weapon available to the victim is to know how vulnerable these forces are to counter attack. Your weapons will be the power of the spoken word, and visualisatian (this involves constructing a mental image and modifying it to make it as you want it to be) it is a tremendously powerful tool and is so simple to use. For instance you could imagine yourself surrounded by people who you don't want to be there. This might happen of its own accord as you are drifting off to sleep. If you take a sword and swing it around thereby razing everyone and everything to the ground it can have a tremendously profound effect.
If you think I'm talking nonsense it's simply because you don't understand that
reality is more than just the 10 percent of the iceberg which you can see. The
essential thing is for the victim is to be totally aggressive and uncompromising.
Any sign of hesitation, or reluctance to use force to protect your sovereignty
will seriously weaken your defences. Assuming that you are free of guilt (and
it's up to decide whether or not this is the case) you have an absolute right
to live your life as you wish, without the unwarranted interference of ouside
elements. You have the right to declare a 10 metres exclusion zone around you,
you can then attack and exterminate anything and anyone who / which ventures
into this exclusion zone. I should mention this point that I'm referring not
to the physical world but to the Astral plane which exists parallel to the physical
realm. If anyone builds any type of construction within your exclusion zone
you have a right to demolish it without notice.
I will now address some of the practical realities of defending yourself against
attack but firstly I want to talk about what it might feel like to be attacked.
I will firstly deal with what is normally referred to as 'clinical depression'.
My contention is that CD is a real and tangible thing which descends upon you
and tries to persuade you to accept it, ie to give in to it. I don't need to
tell you what happens if you surrender. You will feel very bad, your energy
will drain away and you will feel absolute hopelessness. If you get into the
habit of surrendering without a fight, CD will reign supreme and will become
your Lord and Master, it may even be able to persuade a person to commit suicide.
If you think of it as nothing more than a state of mind ie as an 'airy fairy'
concept then you can't possibly fight it because how can you effectively combat
something which exists only in your mind.
First and foremost you MUST accept my contention that CD is as real and tangible
a thing as an earth plane intruder who invades your home with the intention
of attacking you.
Step one: recognise when CD makes an appearance.
Step two: bear in mind that CD will whisper in your ear words which are designed
to bring you down, to make you feel bad. It is absolutely essential that you
recognise what is happening and vigorously resist any negative suggestions which
are put to you. If your mother has just died you have a right to feel a little
sombre (for a while) but if there's no legitimate reason for feeling this way
then DONT DO IT. Smile and tell yourself about the good things (things which
you have a legitimate reason to be happy about) CD will leave, having been challenged
and defeated. The obvious pattern which will emerge is that you will gain confidence
after your first success, and it will then become effortless.
My contention is that it would be theoretically impossible for me to suffer
from any of the above problems (without my specific consent) this would also
in all probability apply to anyone else who has discovered the validity of my
observations for themselves. With regard to manic depression the attack would
probably happen along the following lines. MD would make an appearance and would
offer you a thought which is so beautiful, exciting or awe inspiring that you
will instantly fall under its spell. You surrender to it because it is so tempting.
Your spirits soar and then you realise it was a trap. You have been conned,
you start to feel bad, you start to feel depression. The solution is not the
same as for clinical depression (which is what I was referring to above). You
have to be constantly alert because MD is more difficult to counter than CD,
it can make its move in a matter of seconds. You have to learn to react very
quickly. Whenever you think of something sacred wonderful or beautiful and find
yourself starting to be moved by it, shoot it down with vicious words , counter
its sacredness with profanity. Don't ever think that it's worth it to give in
to MD as you will always lose more than you gain.
It's perfectly OK to be highly motivated and energised to the point of being
obsessive. I think that all great inventors are obsessives. I'm perfectly happy
to allow myself to be an obsessive but only on my terms. To feel good about
yourself it is necessary for your aura to be pure and free from negative energies.
In simple terms your aura is your spirit body I think of mine as basically a
spirit version of my physical body, which normally occupies the same space as
my physical body. When you have a problem with CD or MD it means that your aura
is becoming contaminated with negative energies. (this also applies to schizophrenia).
My method of purifying my aura is as follows. It really is very simple once
you get into the way of it. You don't have to be sitting in an upright position
and in fact you could even do it fully prone eg before sleep. I would always
recommend following this procedure before sleep, as well as occasionally throughout
the day. It's best to be fairly upright (apart from when you are in bed). Place
your power hand (the one you write with) on your solar plexus. The general idea
is to switch off your physical senses and to seek to become your Higher self
. My policy is to be totally aggressive I think purely and simply in terms of
attacking and destroying all that which would cause contamination of my aura.
I can very easily determine the condition of my aura and this is something which
you can easily learn. I radiate energy from my hand in a very forceful way.
I visualise energy coming from my hand. This energy purifies my aura and expels
all negative energies associated with my aura. I find that negative energies
normally seek to integrate with my aura around the area of my toes. I'm always
extremely aware of what is happening around my toes. There are certain times
when it is much more likely that negative energies will be able to integrate
with your aura. These occasions are associated with performing certain basic
bodily functions. You really have to develop an extremely keen awareness of
when negative energies are likely to try to integrate with your aura . My solution
is to meditate frequently let's say at least for 20 minutes in the middle of
the day and perhaps for shorter periods at other times.
You can also deal with such intrusions in an extremely effective way by the
following procedure. Visualise the offending negative energy as for instance
a ferret, reach down, grab it and smash it against some nearby piece of furniture
then rip its body in two and cast it away from you. You can either do this by
visualisatian or physically with your hands. It is tremendously effective. The
general idea is to be aware of everything which is happening with your aura.
Get to know intimately all that which would offend against you. Your ultimate
weapon is to sit with your hand on your solar plexus radiating energy from your
hand, saying out loud (or silently) ' I attack, I destroy, all that which would
cause contamination of my aura and is able to do so'. You can continue to do
it for hours. The important thing is to concentrate totally on what your doing.
Your intention should be to make life so difficult for all that which would
exist in association with your aura against you will - that it will not be able
to resist your will power and will be forced to disengage from your aura.
Initially it may be very difficult to achieve your objectives. For a long period
I felt that my situation was hopeless, I felt I could never succeed. My meditation
sessions were very often hopeless as I was often unable to purify my aura. It's
only when you make an absolute commitment to fight to the death, that you stand
any chance of success. The best way to think of it, is to think purely and simply
in terms of giving as good as you get. Eventually that that which is opposing
you - will start to back off. There is nothing which can resist the power of
your focused will. The power which you can radiate from your hands is awesome.
Think in terms of creating and maintaining an aura which is entirely composed
of 'The searing white flame of your divine rage'.
It's very important that you should seek to achieve a ' Macrocosmic perspective',
this is a way of perceiving reality which can be attained by practising meditation
- it's about developing the capability to take an overview of things, rather
than experiencing reality purely in your capacity as a creature of emotion,
it's about becoming your Higher self.
Physical evidence
Perhaps the most compelling piece of "physical evidence" is the following
: When I'm meditating or just in a relaxed restfull state of mind, if 'negative
energies' integrate successfully with my aura this tends to be accompanied by
a noticeable increase in the strength of my heart beat. This is not on account
of agitation on my part, it is a real tangible physical effect which I think
sceptics will find very interesting and difficult to dismiss. If I succeed in
forcing these negative energies to disengage the strength of my heart beat will
return to normal. I can't offer an explanation of why my physical body reacts
in this way but I do think of it as extremely interesting and significant. I
think it goes a long way to demonstrate that what I'm talking about is real
and tangible and not just in my mind.
When I meditate, my spirit body becomes detached at least partially from my
physical body and when I am in the process of returning to normal consciousness
I have to make sure that negative energies have not integrated with my aura.
I can tell by the strength of my heart beat - If it is too strong I will prolong
my meditation session until I have (hopefully) managed to force the negative
energies to disengage. I do this as detailed above by saying silently 'I attack
I destroy, it in its entirety', while concentrating intensely upon radiating
energy from my power hand to my solar plexus.
Continuing with the ' physical evidence' theme - the following story relates
to my girlfriend who at the time had a tendency to suffer from occasional severe
depression. It would descend upon her and she would sink like a stone, it was
as if her body turned to lead. She would become a completely different person
incapable of reason or even conversation. One day she was bubbling over with
energy and enthusiasm. We went for a walk, I was feeling down. On the way back
I clenched my fists and focused my Will power upon feeling good. I succeeded
and my girlfriend's previously buoyant mood suddenly left her and she began
to feel down. This is I think very interesting evidence of the fact that depression
is a real and tangible thing, so much so that it can move from one person to
another. She was able to overcome her tendency to suffer from depression (perhaps
as a result of my strategy).
In a conventional war you can use bluff to try to intimidate opposing forces.
With regard to warfare against negative energies however, bluff is not effective
because the opposition knows what you are thinking. It is absolutely essential
that if you are to succeed you must be 100 percent committed to a fight to the
death. If there is any element of hesitation or reluctance in your demeanour
you will fail. You must not be objective orientated to the extent that you are
thinking in terms of 'giving it a go', with a view to just seeing what happens,
this won't work.
The proper attitude is to decide that you will give as good as you get. You
must think in terms of punishing negative energies whenever they offend, just
because it makes you feel good. You will punish them because it is the right
thing to do. Only when you are absolutely committed to indefinite warfare will
negative energies start to lose heart. They will start to back off and you will
be victorious. You will be able to sleep soundly (assuming you are giving your
body enough exercise) and will be able to meditate in peace. You will be able
to deal effectively with any attack such as the onset of CD or MD. Incidentally
you can also use your power hand to deal with bodily problems such as excessive
stomach acidity. Just think in terms of radiating energy from your hand, to
any part of your body which is causing a problem, until the problem has been
resolved.
I haven't directly addressed eating disorders and to be frank I have no direct
experience of such, but I have no doubt that (given the extremely irrational
nature of this condition) this document is extremely relevant. Much of what
I have said relating to countering CD and MD would also apply to eating disorders.
Giving in to ED would cause it to become energised and (in the worst-case scenario)
to entirely enslave and dominate the sufferer. Sufferers should frequently purify
their auras of the negative energies which cause them to act against their best
interests. Sufferers should meditate and purify their auras before sitting down
to have a meal. Any tendency to be repulsed by food should be interpreted as
an attack by negative energies. The solution would be to sit (for hours if necessary)
attacking and destroying negative energies until you can feel that they have
been forced to disengage.
I consider it absolutely essential to be free from guilt. If you are guilty
you deserve to have problems. My recommendation is that you should think in
terms of doing whatever you want to do, but avoid gratuitously harming others.
I also feel that its essential to treat your body properly. Imagine a dog shut
up in its kennel which is never allowed to get enough exercise it would not
be happy or healthy, and yet many people treat their bodies in this way. I vigorously
disapprove of bodily abuse. If you think in terms of raising your pulse rate
to approximately double its normal rate for a period of about 20 minutes per
day by jogging or similar exercise this will provide a basis for satisfactory
sleep and meditation sessions. Don't expect to be able to meditate or sleep
satisfactory (or be able to maintain your aura in reasonable condition) if you
are abusing your body by lack of exercise.
Re caffeine, I think of it as a useful stimulant (but only use it in moderation).
Decaffeinated tea or barley cup is I think a sensible alternative to drinks
containing caffeine.
Re schizophrenia, I don't think of it as significantly different from the mental
problems I have referred to, because it is simply a case of the sufferer being
victimised and messed around by negative energies. The solution is to slug it
out toe to toe with opposing forces until they back off and ultimately leave
you alone. The important thing to be aware of is that you can hurt, and ultimately
defeat opposing forces. To start with it will seem like a losing battle but
you must continue because there is no reasonable alternative.
If you hear voices or experience any unpleasant or irritating phenomena think
of it as simply as an attack upon your sovereignty to be dealt with by force.
Visualisatian is probably the most effective method of dealing with the sort
of attacks typical of schizophrenia. Never tolerate anyone or anything which
intrudes into your exclusion zone. The above techniques are highly effective
against the causes of schizophrenia. The important thing is to resist vigorously
at all times. Even if you feel that your war effort is getting nowhere you must
continue because eventually (given sufficient determination) you will succeed.
A certain amount of separation between yourself and the rest of society really
is necessary if you are to succeed in transforming your consciousness and developing
a healthy and impregnable aura. Also if you can reduce the amount of stress
present in your day to day life this is tremendously helpful.
